Anna Duggar was in the giving mood this Christmas! She gave husband Josh Duggar possibly the best gift he’s ever received — her forgiveness! Anna’s decided not to divorce Josh, and give their marriage another go.
What a spectacular Christmas for Josh Duggar! After several sexual scandals in 2015, wife Anna Duggar has chosen to forgive him and not pursue divorce, according to an insider who spoke to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. This is a big step for the fractured family, and Josh must be over the moon.
“Anna wants to keep her family together and has decided to stay with Josh and make their marriage work,” the insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She told Josh that she forgives him and believes in him. This is a huge deal, because she was seriously about to pull the plug on the relationship. Needless to say, Josh is beyond elated with the news. He vowed to help Anna rebuild her trust in him.”
“Josh told her he is determined to overcome his demons, and that he’s getting stronger and healthier each and every day,” the insider continued telling us EXCLUSIVELY. “”They all spent Christmas together at Josh’s rehab facility because he’s not allowed to leave. They spent quite a bit of time praying together.”

How wonderful for this family after such a trying year. On the November 27 episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On, Anna broke down in tears and vowed that she was going to try to stay together with her husband, who’s still in rehab for his sex and porn addictions. Anna said she felt incredibly betrayed by Josh’s indiscretions, but she made a vow to God and her husband to stay together “for better or for worse.” And this is definitely the worse. While Anna’s still deeply hurt, it goes against her Christian faith, which she believes in strongly, to get a divorce. Now Josh gets a chance to prove he’s a changed man.
