Tyra Banks is selling one fierce piece of real estate. The supermodel and “America’s Next Top Model” host has listed her two-bedroom Nolita apartment for $ 3.8 million, News real estate editor Kathy Clarke has learned. The building, at 225 Lafayette St., has been home to other celebrities, including John Mayer, who sold his unit there for nearly $ 4 million in 2013. Banks, set to return to syndicated television with the new chat show “The Fab” this fall, bought the Manhattan pad for just $ 2.1 million in 2005, records show. Banks’ rep told Confidenti@l the model loved it but simply wasn’t able to spend any time there with her work schedule.
The prewar, 2,000-square-foot loft on the corner of Spring St., which is listed by broker to the stars Adam Modlin, has panoramic views of lower Manhattan and Midtown, lots of natural light, Brazilian mahogany wood floors, a study, an open chef’s kitchen, a dining room and large picture windows. The Beaux Arts building, also home to actress Dakota Fanning, has a full-time doorman and a roof deck.
NEW LINE FROM BIEBS, INK
Justin Bieber shows off his abs — and tats — in the Music Issue of V Magazine, on newsstands Jan 15. In the mag, the Biebs is interviewed and photographed by Karl Lagerfeld. Shirtless in nothing but Saint Laurent jeans, the singer poses for the fashion icon, saying he wants to expand into the fashion world. “I want to keep creating music for my fans. One day I hope to make strides into movies and fashion as well. I want to share my creativity with the world,” Bieber says.
VIEIRA LIKES DEEP STUFF
Meredith Vieira is quite the giver. The talk host was recently seen indulging in Oasis spa’s signature treatment, a 90-minute Deep Tissue Massage, telling staff afterward it was “the best massage of my life!” Vieira enjoyed it so much, she spread the love, buying 10 gift certificates on her way out the door at the Park Ave. luxury spa. She said she’d give them to aides at “The Meredith Vieira Show.” She also tipped “extremely well,” a spy tells us.
MOM KIDMAN GOES BY THE BOOK
Nicole Kidman’s eyes are wide open to kids books. The Aussie actress told SiriusXM’s “The Moms” (aka Denise Albert and Melissa Gerstein) that she raised her four children on “Goodnight Moon” and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” because those books made her who she is today. “I’d always read books, and that built my imagination,” she said at the Film Society of Lincoln Center party for her film “Paddington.” “I really credit that for me wanting to become an actor.”
HOFFMAN GONE WILD
Former child actress Gaby Hoffman says she’s remained grounded over the years because she avoided Hollywood and, well, lived in the woods. “I took many years off and went to college and took all of my 20s off to be as un-normal as possible in the privacy of the woods,” she tells Confidenti@l. “Literally the woods. I think any child actor should escape for 10 years up to the woods. I was in the Catskills.” Hoffmann adds that she was roughing it, chopping trees and going without an indoor toilet.
A KLUM-ING ATTRACTION

Throughout the years, INC has been a forerunner in creating clothing that make women feel confident and sexy,” said Klum. Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, also will be in the campaign, as the face of INC’s men’s collection.
